It's irresistibly tasty... but irresistibly good for your kids it isn't. This isn't a cereal to choose as an everyday option for your kids. Not only does it contain a huge whack of sugar (almost one third of the pack is sugars), but the fibre content is low. Per 30 g serve of cereal you're not even getting a gram of fibre - just 0.8g. Breakfast is one of the best times of the day to get some fibre in your kids diet, so from that perspective alone it's a poor option.
The fat content is nothing to be too concerned about, as most of it's coming from the peanuts, and is largely the unsaturated 'good' variety. The sodium content is also not too bad, especially compared to regular KELLOGG'S Corn Flakes.
Overall, it's a cereal for your 'once in a while treat' list.
